DB Phoenix server shows up but wont let anyone log in in BYOND Help

So as the subject states, i am attempting to run a server through dream daemon it shows up on all the server lists and wont let anyone join. and it is a public server... please help.

While hosting with Dream Daemon, do you get the message that people can join your server, or is there a note that the access if blocked likely due to port forwarding/firewall issues?
