I uploaded a patch (30K) that should fix the missing dll problem. It just includes the correct version of zip.dll, which was mistakengly linked to the debug version of our stuff. I also reuploaded the setup and update installations, so everything should be peachy now.

Sorry for the trouble. It was a simple fix but I overslept and awoke to panic on the boards. Let this be a lesson to all of you about the merits of a working on a good night's rest.
