Hey, this is probbaly a stupid question. And everybody looking at this may be all "Ugh, another noob."

Well to point out, I don't use the forum as much, just for looking for iconers, or coders. But mostly I try to do without.

But I've been wondering if you needed to be a BYOND member to submit games to the gaming guilds i.e 'RPG, Anime, Action...'ETC.?

I'm going to say yes, since my non-member accounts don't display any "Submit to guild!" option on a game's hub page. However I wouldn't say that you have to be a BYOND member to get your own game listed in a guild. For that you can just post on the guild's forum and provide a link to your game.
