I reported a bug with title: "DreamSeeker Crash when launching additional test client" and I can't locate it in my reported issues. Did it get reported?

I'm not seeing it. Taking a look.
I don't see any record of this being recorded, nor any error messages in our site log. I was also able to confirm that reporting new issues still works. Are you sure you didn't just preview the issue without fully posting it?

It's possible. Both buttons are white and I don't know if the visual queues are significantly different to catch my eye.

I got lucky and restored the tab from earlier which had all the data.
