BYOND Build Number: 429.999
Operating System: Windows Xp Proffessional
Video/Graphics Card: 128MB ATI Radeon X1300
Game Hub/Link: Any game link I try to use
Internet Connection Type: The problem I'm having is at my work so T3
Firewalls/Routers: Macfee Host Intrusion Prevention/ Windows Firewall (I've tried disabling both and still get this connection failed)
Problem Description: Now I have been trying to use Byond at work. *Note: Its not against the rules to browse the web or play games here during our down time but our pc's(the clients)* any how I think the issue is the proxy, because I have disabled the firewalls they installed on the pc and still get Connection Failed when I try to loggin to the pager it says connection failed. Now I've tried using proxy server website that bypass blocked sites or w/e however I can access byond.com and all the way up to the join page of any given game when when it launches to try and login to the pager to load the game i get that message. Something else interesting is that if i try to just loggin as a guest i get into the pager and all that but the byond://whatever the game is... just sits there like its trying to connect but cant. If I use the proxy sites it does the same thing. Now we have admin rights on the pc just not the server itself but Im wondering if i add some kind of acception to my trusted sites list if this will make the Byond Hub happy again. I dont think I can be any more detailed in my issue I pray that there is something i can do to get this dang thing working at work. Bored at work for the loose. If your wondering what I do Im an IT Help Desk Coordinator Go figure right?
Edit: when I use the proxy site it says
"You are logged out and may now proceed to your destination." not sure if this helps I can get a picture if you want also.
Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Click on Byond.exe
