How would I make a pop up screen that looks like i want? in Developer Help

Well my title is a little weak but to everyone who has played Hedgerow Hall i would like to make a pop up like the brownish coloured one when you are downloadng the game. With no buttons and no toolbars like a window. Its not a window because you can't mve it. How would i do this?

I'm guessing you may be looking for the titlebar option for the browse() proc. I'm not sure if that is enough to limit movement, but it should remove the window buttons if you set it to 0.
