ROFL, flame me, do whatever the hell you want. I don't care, I'm laughing too hard right now to even care what anyone says. I merely wish to share my joy with you all. I just find this funny. Just a discussion Bleach SoC's owner and I had a while back.

If they can "hack" your computer, then why don't they just download your game, get the rsc and extract it?

BTW, the term you are looking for is Cracking. Hacking is changing the way something works, Cracking is getting into computers and such without permission/finding exploits and reporting to admin.

Ahh, thanks! I'm grabbing books from my library and I got ahold of a few of my old friends(And by that I mean I was too damn lazy to call them, so I sent them a message on Myspace) from my Computer Programming school thing that we went to for half a day, because we were all talking about making some games over the summer. Of course, that stuff was gonna be written in Blitz Basic, but I'm gonna see if they wanna start out a small company side thing that does only computer games, and work our way up, kinda like Bungie did.

Yeah, I eventually wanted to take a career path similar to that, but I don't know anymore. Making games is cool and all, but I'm not very good with deadlines and there's the obvious display BYOND shows us, how people copy and steal ideas and stuff... I don't know if I want to deal with that on a larger scale lol. But oh well, I still have time to decide.

I used to think the same thing, but after I got myself a fancy job at International, my first day in my cubicle(with a very nice window view!), I realised something -
"Holy shitters, I do -NOT- want to be crunching numbers for the next 60 years of my life, even if it does pay 10 bucks an hour and 15 bucks overtime for me just starting out!"

I promptly fell asleep, woke up, cruised the web for some crap on game design, and jotted down some ideas.
Then left them in my pocket to get all washed.

Hey, its the coder of Bleach SoC, Troj. I dunno if he really said that or not but whatever. Even if he got the source I wouldn't have used it >_> All my games are original and I got my shit stolen before so yeah.

Sure, they pay alot(usually), but they will drive you insane with boredom. I've read through every VGCats, 8Bit-Theatre and CTRL-ALT-DEL webcomic. 4 times. 4 TIMES. In the past 2 DAYS

its MastaKev here and its true i did ask for the source of Vcents game but i did that before BSOC was created....my first goal was to just use a source and make it my own way so at that point i am a ripper but once again this is all before BSOC was made i had no staff at that point then as time went on i thought just make a game from scratch cause getting a source was too hard...and this all about i dont respect Vcent thats bullshit i respect u cuz u were the 1st person to make a really well Bleach game and then theres my other Owner and my Co they had nothing to do with this soo leave them out and now this whole hacking u think that was all me Karuda the dude that said was dead cuz he hated u vcent so much that he had to fake his death or w.e he was trying to get GM on mine so in trying to persuade me he said he'll hack u i was like w.e go for it thing is i said this a long time ago i believe it was a few days after u closed down ur game cuz of hosting problems soo if u got something u want to talk about y tell stacy and other ppl not to give me ur msn wen all i wanted to was talk but thing is im trying to do exactly wut you are and make a game in which ppl can enjoy...so far i think im doing a decent job and that whole im ranked 3rd shit i was fuckin around and u took me soo seriously to post all this so yea
