Game Updates in BYOND Help

This topic used to appear in the game updates section of the forum but now it no longer does. I'm wondering if this is because of any recent changes or something else... do games need to be listed for the updates to show now? Or maybe it's because I'm not a BYOND member?

I've submitted the game to be listed so that the updates show, otherwise people seem to assume that the project has died off. I'll probably renew my membership pretty soon as well if it requires both a membership and a game listing.

Your game is listed.

At one point, replies didn't bump game update posts to the top of the forums (to prevent standard chatter from keeping posts always at the top). That might still be in effect.

However, even then I can't seem to find the post at all, no matter how far I look back (although I can find the "Eternia: Prologue - Progress Report" post).

So I'm not sure what to make of it. It may be the lapsing of your membership, but it seems strange that the other post would still be there.

The game update forums aren't my personal area of expertise, so hopefully someone else can better pinpoint what's going on.

Ah, that's why then - so I'd need to make a new thread if I wanted it to appear on the front page. Thanks!

I'm guessing that this applies to my blog's followers as well? They won't see it in their updates because it's an old thread.

Huh, strange. I swear it wasn't there when I searched for it (but now it pops right up for "Eternia").

Oh well, glad that's sorted out.
