Multiple Map Formats in BYOND Discussion

could we have an way to have more than 1 'map_format' in the game the we make with 2 maps e.g

world
    map_format = ISOMETRIC_MAP , 'map1.dmm'
    map_format = TOPDOWN_MAP  , 'map2.dmm'

something like this.

You can't have multiple map formats, but you can create a map where everything is on TOPDOWN_LAYER plus its normal layer. (When you move to this map your mob's layer also needs to be adjusted.)
