Essentially it'll be a yu-gi-oh clone and parody the cards will be mixed with random things from players who actually play the game,popular internet fads, video games and even movies.
Although it seems like a joke it'll be a very serious game, like a multi-coloured machine gun fun to look at but still very very serious.
It would be a small scale game with little free roaming, there would be characters to move around a small world and interact with other characters but mainly just to talk/buy/trade cards and start duels with other characters.
Now one thing I don't have is the ability to code. If any coders are interested you must be of some considerable skill although the game is a piss-take it would still take some bit of coding.
Also you must be really into the idea and just generally up for a good laugh, after all if the games not fun then whats the point?
EDIT STUFF: Just to point out that the actual card battle would be 100% click based and outside the battle the game would be controlled just normally. The cards below would be the actual in-game size of the cards.
