Cannot find nt service pack 6 in Off Topic

I cannot seem to find nt service pack 6+ for xp x64. I cannot install my internet without it. Anyone know a link ?

Why in the world would you need NT Service Pack 6 for Windows XP x64? What says you can't install your internet? Your network card driver CD?

My optimum online installer said that. But the software is pointless, so I skipped it.
