Font colors.. in Design Philosophy

I am guessing this would go here, not sure...administrator move it if it isn't. Anyways, I have a question. Say I used spuzzums library of HTML colors, to implent a customization verb for font color and name color in a graphical game. If everyone used it, do you think it would lag, if so why?

No, there'd be no appreciable lag for giving each player a custom color. There'd be a tad of extra text sent out, but it wouldn't be a big deal.
