I have been hearing this word around school and yet to know what it means. No one will tell me so I came here. Anyone know what it means? I have no clue whatsoever.

Is it said in a Spanish/Latino sense? If so, the word might be "pendejo" (pen-day-hoe), which is inappropriate to define on this forum. ;-)

(Specifically, it refers unflatteringly to one's head, claiming it resembles a body part.)

No doubt most of these people learned the definition from GTA: San Andreas.

There are Spanish-English dictionaries on the 'net, you know. =) And failing that, you can type the word into an automatic translator like http://babelfish.altavista.com.
