Staff Needed

Well I am working on my Non-Rip Naruto game again after a long break but I have no staff, I have coded a few stuff but I need a second programmer so I need one of those and a really skilled pixel artist for the jutsu's.

I have currently completed a village system, I got a base made from my friend so no worries about that.

So I need:
A Programmer - Skilled
A Pixel Artist - Skilled

Well My Old CSS Started looking quite weird to me so I decided to make a new one. I needed idea on one and I saw a post on a "Vista Like CSS" to tell you the truth it was not "Vista Like" so I decided to make my own one.
