Well I've decided to have a wake at interfaces but came to a sang with the way the map fits into that map on the screen.

Well thats it working when set to the default interface size of 800x600 but when i resize the screen it comes out like so.

I have a wide screen display of 1280x800 and i get the black edges I've tried hitting this from different angles by using view and matching it to the size of the map on the interface and using anchors and no luck.

There isn't actually a problem here, because the map is behaving as it's supposed to. Take a look at the aspect ratios of the maps in those two images; they differ. The second image is a lot wider, proportionally, than your actual map. The map compensates for this by drawing black space to either side.

If your client.view settings are square, then yes. If your client.view settings are 2:1, then the map must stay 2:1 too.

I wish it was possible to change the filler color, because of some games like "The Sky is Falling" that I play in my spare time has a black background, and you can't really tell where the edges are.
