The Druid is a slow, elegant character that has a surprising range and interesting mechanic. His melee attack hits opponents from a distance, and can easily dominate players in high percentages. His chain grabs, while difficult to start, are deadly. His recovery is also fantastic, and he can float across the stage from any distance. Potato.

CHAIN GRAB
-Grab - Throw the opponent towards you - Face your opponent - Grab - Repeat
This is a really cool looking and difficult to execute technique. It's excellent to do early on in the game, to rack up fast damage and then follow with a melee.

DASH RESTORATION
-Melee or Secondary while off stage to recover your dash.
The Druid's melee has incredible range and speed, which allows you to use it to regain your dash while offstage.

DASH DANCE RECOVERY
-Dash, wait a moment, Dash Dance twice (etc)
While difficult to execute, this technique allows the druid to recover from any distance and essentially float across any gap.

LEDGE GUARDING
-Using the secondary to combo while ledge guarding.
This is fairly simple, but mastering the Druid's secondary can be difficult for most players.

DASH CANCEL INTO GRAB
-Dash Cancel the Druid's grab.
This technique allows you to quickly move towards an opponent and set up a grab. It can also lead to interesting situations where your opponent isn't always right in front of you during the throw.

SPACING
-Hide behind scenery and use Melee or Secondary to prevent melee attackers from harming you.

Creates vines in up to X tiles away from you where X is less than 8 and is equal to the number of times you've used the ability in the last half-second, where using the ability resets the timer.
