A Ni No Kuni look alike 2D Byond game? For those that don't know NNK is a PS3 game that resembles Dragon Quest, and has some Pokemonesk attributes.

Throughtout the game you use magic and control monsters to fight for you, and level with you. Obviously the actual RPG has a scope, a storyline, and small alternative achievements - the usual RPG content that every game incorporates nowadays - but no Online to pvp against others.

Battle System is something like FF11-12 (Where you go into a screen where only you and the mob are standing, and take turns into fighting, but it's more action like as you control movement slightly, and can time your attacks and defensive options).

Express your opinion, I'm very interested in making something like this in the future.

Byond Community Playing Dofus Online

Hey guys, I'm trying to get people to join me in this small turn based tactical mmo called Dofus.

At the moment we're in 3 playing this, me, ImmeasurableHate and Lige (plus my GFX artist but he gets on less often).

The game is party friendly, and leveling is really easy - My highest Lv is 66 (caps 200). The pvp is fun and balanced, and there are like 2 almost 3 dozen races to choose from, all with a unique style of gameplay.

I need a portfolio with recent stuff in it, and I have to regain my stance as a professional pixel artist after GTD posted the Rathalos to show me off lol.

Anyone need any freelance work done? Average rates are:
2� x Tile
6-12� x Turf (if size is really big) up to 25�
3� x each Base frame I have to do from scratch
Around 25-30� for a complete Hud (HP,MP,Skillslot)

This is what I've done so far, 1 forest map, half a base done, some weapon templates, idle for the velocipray base (which are gona be edited in different color, so it stays grey) uh, and the Interface + the Potion icon to go with it.

Numbers and Text files i'll borrow from another project I guess...

I'm doing this alone atm, and I don't know how to
code :D btw, who likes Monster Hunter here? lol.

Edit: Some info about the game; there are no Levels - your stats go up by crafting armor sets from spoils of stronger monsters. The stronger the monsters you kill, the stronger you stats - it's skill based (crafting material can't be traded btw).

Hey, I play this game called Hunters Blade - Which is the clone of Monster Hunter (Capcom game) on the PC.

Basically you grab a group of 4 guys with swords and bows, and go hunt T-Rexs and Dragons together. You bring back the loot, and craft their armor to upgrade your strenght... It's very casual, no grinding.

Youtube it if you want to see what it's like, 3D but no point and click, WASD with mouse (Arcade).

btw the lvling rate is super high, you can hit lv30 in a day, max lvls 70 i think but lvls dont matter - since its a skil based game / armor is 2nd most important thing, but i know hardcore hunters that go hunt naked... so yeah.
