Defender: Review
A game by Adam753.
Gameplay:
It's much like castle except Hunters are Psychics. The map is not very huge though. The monsters move with ease and there is no lag, for that I praise, although I only played single player. I'm sure the fun is at the multiplayer zone, but oh well! The game is acually pretty funny as well, ecspecially when Spongebob is multitiled and is a boss. So the game is Base Defense, you don't want your door to fall to the enemy so you place down units of different types to defeat enemies before they approach the door. There are many different places to add units to as well. Immunities and resistances are in the game as well. Adam753 is still updating the game, so I hope he puts some mroe worthwhile ideas in it. The game currently has 4 unit types, and 4 units for each type. Trap, Psychic, Mage, Range.
Presentation:
I'm sorry but the icons are of low quality, but I do respect that you didn't go and steal any icons just because you or your iconner was bad at pixel arting. Mayby you can find a good pixel artist in the future. The skin is fairly good but the map overlays the bottom bar. I suggest to fix this, move the Say bar to be over the Stat and Chat boxes, and move the map up. I can't see how much everything else costs. Again, I do not rate sounds.
Originality:
I can clearly tell it's a Castle inspired game, although adding alittle bit of your own elements in it as well. I think you should add more feature like things. The blood is a good feature you have, and the unit upgrades, but that's about it. Mayby make it once you beat wave 10, you move on to a different map, and have to protect it for waves 10-20, ect.
Overall:
I had some fun playing it, and loling over the spongebob, but thats about it. The hard thing about base defense games is you have to come up with something different or they are just like every other BD game. Keep trying though! I will update this review as you update your game and we will see what improves.

Keep them reviews coming. It would be better if you included screen shots.
