Always On Top

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
I would like a skin setting to toggle an "always on top" mode so a window may remain layered on top of everything despite not having focus.

I like this idea as well. Especially for in-game menus on separate windows. +1

This is really necessary. There are so many reasons to have this option.
