Downloading a game does not launch it like downloading a library or joining a live game does. Instead it just opens a tab in the pager asking to play, host, or replay the game.

What would be best is an "automatically launch games" setting which is enabled by default. When enabled, any time a game is downloaded from the website it will launch immediately.
