What problem are you actually having? Don't you get a runtime error or something? I doubt you're hitting the string limit - maybe you're hitting no limits at all.

We're kind of shooting at the dark here...

Nope, no runtime errors or anything.

As I put in one of the other posts above this:

1. People lose almost all verbs if not all of them.
2. When people log on, their overlays won't apply to the character. The clothes are still in their inventory and everything, but won't show on the char.

Sounds like a random code error, not hitting any limits! You always get runtime errors (usually a lot, like in my case, it was enough to freeze my computer; you always pay a price for stupidity!) along with passing a limit.
