I'm not trying to dissuade your choice, but doesn't this defeat the purpose of the contest? For one, Critical didn't really make the game, Falacy did. Doing a couple changes isn't the same as making a game.
Also, there is still copy written material. The Fire Emblem icons are still copy written, as well as the name saiyan. You explicitly state that that wasn't allowed.
Although it is your contest, perhaps for the next one you should note which rules are flexible, abd which ones have to be followed.
I haven't seen these icons before. I doubt the word saiyan itself has a copyright. He's been given permission for the framework. Same judgments apply to the next contest for future reference. If you have discrepancy with judgments let them be known as soon as possible, thank you.
