Animations with pixel offsets didn't behave properly.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:

My particles seem to be starting from strange positions, far away from their supposed origin.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

The effect is noticeable in the same test project I made earlier (download)

I guess this has been happening since 1227. 1226 is the latest version I could find that does not have the bug.
