could someone help me with a game code. I've read everything but, everytime I write my code and put more coding in it, the new code overrides the other. So if I could tell someone what I want my game to have could they write code for me? then give it to me.
I have a character, trees, water, grass and all that but when it comes down to making my charater look as if he is walking I start to screw up or when I what him to wear something it never shows up.
I would like me game to be like Naruto, Bleach, and DBZ.
I want The Naruto justus, The Bleach weapons, and The DBZ fling and attacks. Stuff like that and I have more too.

There are so many Anime games out there, but the majority of them are a complete waste of time with no originality or actual fun factor. If he wants to make a mixed game all the power to him, but if it's another piece of crap with no original ideas or gameplay I wouldn't advise even attempting it. I for one would love a well thought out, balanced, and unique anime game. My advice to you would be to make a game without the "boring" grind, abusive GMs, 40 minute playtime, and without 30 players by the names Gokussj4/UzumakiNaruto/IchigoTheHollow running around.
I for one wouldn't play a mixed anime game simply because I don't think they could mix together and still respect the anime they hail from, but thats just my opinion and others may like it. |

No guys what I want are some of the things from the games to create a fun game that has no GMs, and names that are simple, and maybe the game could stay up for days.
A game that has limited lvls and all that but, still as some great stuff. The game will... well I don't want to say to give anything away. Well come someone help me with my game coding then? Like: 1. How to write a titlescreen for hair style, skin type, and stuff like that. 2. Save and load characters. Things like that but, I don't what to use demos or downloads. |

1. No body is going to write a code snippet for you to put in your game.
2. They wont know what exactly what is in your game, so it most likely wont work in your game in the first place you'd have to write it yourself. 3. When somebody takes time out of there day to write a code for someone that they have never met before and most likely wont get any credit for, your supposed to look at the code, try to understand it and come up with your own other wise you will never learn how to code. 4. When you ask things like help on coding something, you don't ask if someone will code it for you. You should ask "How would I do this?!?" And explain exactly what you want in detail (I have a magic wand coded in and a fire ball I would like to know how I am supposed to code in a verb that allows the user to shoot the fire ball when casting a certain spell.). And if your serious about learning how to code, your going to have to read the DM guide and look for demos and such. Heres the link to the guide it's a little out dated but it will give you a understanding, when you come up on any problems, post your question. http://developer.byond.com/docs/guide/ |

Two walking an what not is releated to the dmi icon file not the coding. Walking has nothing to do with coding other then maybe a delay or something to that effect. Delay meaning the char moves slower so when a user holds down the arrow key they dont fly to the other side of the screen.
Three wearing stuff is just overlays an what not that is coding but you can find alot of overlay demos an help by using f1 in maker.
An four there are to many naruto / bleach / dbz games if you really want someone else to help you make a game you might wanna start by coming up with an orignal idea.
