How do you do it? I click the speech bubbles in the right and nothing happens.
I feel like... well, a noob, which is odd for how long I've been a part of this community.

Interesting, I think it's an issue with IE8 (not my default browser, but it's all I have at where I'm at). I can't click a single button. I doubt this ability to reply/quote is specific to members, so I think the issue has to lie in the browser.

IE8 didn't play well with some of the parts of the old site either. Compatibility for IE8 seems to have been pushed to the side.
