Not able to code in a new file!

Every time I try to code in a new file such as an object, it keeps saying "cannot find file" when in fact it's right in my face. The spelling is correct and I even tried using one word for simplifications. Every time I start up the source, the sound clips I have always show up as "files are only found in rsc" does that have anything to do with it?

Sounds like you don't have automatic FILE_DIR set.

If the files are in another subfolder in your project, in some cases you have to specify the path to the file.

Build > Preferences for [project name] > Automatically set FILE_DIR for sub-directories.
