This issue has been resolved.
When I activate Ultimate Offering, I immediately pay 500 LP and the game asks me to summon a monster. This shouldn't be mandatory. The game should ask whether or not I want to use the effect of Ultimate Offering when I activate it. It's possible to activate Ultimate Offering without using its effect.

This has been resolved.

If you activate a set Ultimate Offering, you will be asked if you want to use its effect. However, if you activate an already activated Ultimate Offering (a face up one), it will not ask you.
