I was thinking of making a Real-Time strategy. People start out with A pickaxe, an Axe, and a Hammer. They work thier way and eventually can create more workers to help them. After, they can create armies. They first can buy basic fighters, such as bandits to thieves to ninjas and assassins and warriors and turn them into Knights and Swordfighters through training. Then attack other towns. Builders can pick up ruins from war and turn them into materials. Any suggestions?
It's not quite a real-time strategy game, when done that way. It's more of a first-person strategy game, like Battlezone.

Not that that's a bad thing, of course -- it's just that you might surprise/annoy a few people who were expecting something different.
