Basically, I think I can sum it up-
RPGs should have done away with Levels long ago.

(GTA, could even possibly be mentioned in this respect)

Excellent point. Features should certainly add to a game, not just be added for the sake of being there.

But I really was curious if there was a game that had attempted such detailed systems. More of a simulator than a game, I guess?
