No to dissuade people from using your server, but unless you get everyone in the same room as the server itself, or perhaps running a Linux server with a Gigabit fiber optic connection both up and down, remote connections will experience *some* level of latency across the internet. Better for some, worse for others.

I recommend removing the 'lagless' tag and promote other aspects of your service, such as uptime guarantees, backups, maybe a c-panel for restarting games or services, what versions of BYOND you support (if you host BYOND games), what OS you run, server and connection specs, etc.

These will attract potential customers easier.
