############### Version Patch 1.0.16 ###############

Fixes - Players
A bug was found in Fighter's Flame Geyser arte upon variable changes as the arte evolves through usages. This was fixed in Patch 1.0.16

Fixes - Enemies
Enemies with the ability to cast Magic had an issue of glitching out when the target of their casting is not at the direction they are looking at. This was fixed in Patch 1.0.16


Adjustments - Players
In Patch 1.0.13 - Fighter's Mystic Arte: Blazing Dynamo, had a full potency damage of 3,590. It has been dropped to 3,220 full potency damage instead in Patch 1.0.16.

In patch 1.0.11 - Sorceress' Mystic Arte: Star Meteor, had a full potency damage of 2,200. It has been increased to 2,800 full potency damage instead in Patch 1.0.16.

In patch 1.0.15 - Conjuress' Mystic Arte: Sacred Prayer, had a full potency damage of 2,000.
It has been increased to 2,500 full potency damage instead in Patch 1.0.16.

Small stats adjustment in all classes, increasing their HP pool a bit higher and have the multiplier to increase overtime

Fighter's Rage Strike & Demonic Rage Strike's HP Heal from damage dealt has decreased from 20% & 30% to 10% & 20% respectively


Adjustments - Enemies
Enemies' stats have been adjusted after collecting data of the average stats between all classes

Enemies' stats based on Difficulty Setting also has been adjusted


Adjustments - Battle
Damage scaling has been adjusted after Players and Enemies' stats and difficulty adjustments after observing low damage on certain enemies on classes like Gunman and Conjuress

Damage scaling on Difficulty has been adjusted with the following:
- Simple: 120%
- Normal: 100%
- Hard: 80%
- Evil: 65%
- Unknown: 50%
- Chaos: 40%

############### Version Patch 1.0.16 v2 ###############

Adjustments - Battle
Solo Players will now gain 25% more XP when under Normal and Hard difficulty settings and 50% more XP under Evil and Unknown difficulty settings. Party's XP Rewards remains the same, as they increase the mob encounter in battle depending of the party size.

Enemies' reaction time and counter reaction time has been improved

System Update
Tales of Mana is now currently playable in the newest BYOND stable version 514.1569

Adjustments - Enemies
Enemies' Difficulties Stats have been adjusted in work of a scaling system in battle, leading to those difficulties to be a bit more doable while respecting the expected gears the players would have


Adjustment - Battle
Enemies now features a minimum damage setting on harder difficulties to keep old battles still fresh to play. [3% of the target's max HP on Hard Difficulty | 5% of the target's max HP on Evil and later difficulties - Note that a RNG Variation has been set so it may not be exactly the expected damage % but still to be cautious as enemies will do a fair damage even if it a bit below or higher than their respective minimum damage

Spectactor Mode has been reworked and allows a smoother visualization of other players' battles while viewing. Further more optimization will be look upon after more observations through play testing


Customization - Player
Players may now fully customize their characters' color palettes when they are creating their character. A quick note has been left to let know to players what color they are changing. Exemple: Top Shine (Color) - May refer to the hair or most physical aspect at the top of the character and the current color it features as a reference.


Battle UI
The Battle UI has been optimized a bit better and reduces stress from data received from Server to Client. Further more optimization will be look upon after more observations through play testing
