Made a new account because my old account is inactive an need to be reactivated but I'm not getting the email to recover it. Can anybody help?

Barring BYOND's e-mail service experiencing issues, this likely has to do with your e-mail provider. Notably, Microsoft Outlook experiences frequent problems with BYOND because it tends to preview links AND tends to mangle them to ensure that clickthroughs are monitored by Outlook. Both invalidate recovery links.

First, check your junk or spam folders. If it's not there, do try sending the recovery e-mail again and waiting a few minutes for it to potentially arrive. If it never does end up coming, feel free to respond with the name of your e-mail provider (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, whatever) and reply with it as well as with anything else you may have tried.
