My husband is trying to set up an account but he has tried a few times and never gets the confirmation email to verify his account setup! was wondering if the email system was down?

Email should be working fine. Check the spam folder, in case for some reason the email got routed there.

sadly we have! are there issues with Outlook email addresses by chance? we even tried to whitelist byond's email address and still havent recieved any! but will still keep trying, thanks so much for the help!

update! we tried using a gmail account instead and it worked!
