BYOND installer seems to launch BYOND in admin mode after installation.

click update in client
finish update
launch byond

Expected Results:
BYOND is launched with user security context

Actual Results:
BYOND is launched with admin security context

Dreamseeker MIGHT be launched with the same, but I'm unsure; can test later if needed.

Does the problem occur:
Seemingly when I updated to latest 514. I'm unsure if the bug exists in 515.

Probably never

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
Unknown; I only noticed this because discord PTT keybind doesn't work when my keyboard focus is on an admin-mode program. And that it suddenly stopped working when I tried to talk while in BYOND/in game.

Workarounds:

Close BYOND and anything related to BYOND, relaunch normally.
