I tried to log in to a BYOND account I used to use for games a long time ago, early 2010s. I know the username, and I know the password.
I received an error message: "The BYOND hub is unable to retrieve your account because your password is in an old format. To fix this, please upgrade to a newer version of BYOND or change your password as byond.com"
I tried to do that on the website for the account's original email, received no email. I tried to do it with what I believed would've been the account's current email, received no email. I'm now inclined to believe either I A) don't have access to the emails, or B) am not receiving emails from BYOND. I do know the account is mine and the password. I know what game I primarily played with it as well as the timespan for when I made the account.
I need help reactivating the account, because all channels I normally could use just aren't working at all.
