This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary: When using the Move/Select tool in the map editing while in classic instancing mode, clicking an atom identical to the currently selected atom, will not result in the new atom being selecting.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Download the following test project: http://files.byondhome.com/Higoten/Tests/ Map%20Selection%20Test.zip
2) Open the map file in the test project, ensure that the map editor is operating in Classic instancing mode.
3) Select the Move/Select tool and click on a purple turf.
4) Click a different purple turf.
5) Observe that the purple turf clicked in step 4 is not selected.

Expected Results: For different, yet identical atoms to be selected when clicked using the Move/Select tool in Classic instancing mode.

Actual Results: Atoms identical to the atom currently selected in Classic instancing mode are not selected.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time.

When does the problem NOT occur? The issue does not occur in Copy instancing mode.

Workarounds: Select a different atom prior to selecting the desired atom.
