Descriptive Problem Summary: When the Always Show Properties Pane option is not selected, selecting an atom can result in the atom being unintentionally moved.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Download the following test project: http://files.byondhome.com/Higoten/Tests/ Map%20Selection%20Test.zip
2) Open the map and ensure that the Always Show Properties Pane option is unselected. Confirm that the Properties Pane is not visible.
3) Select one of the blue threes using the Move/select tool.
4) Observe that the Properties Pane briefly appears and the selected atom has been moved to a new location.

Expected Results: For the atom to stay in the same location and for the Properties pane to remain open.

Actual Results: The properties pane briefly opens, and the atom’s location has been shifted to the right, potentially off map.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time.
