I know for a fact this isn't fully true. I've tested on local servers and on a public and it updated properly. I'm thoroughly convinced there lies an issue with servers that have been running for some period of time. I'm guessing some variable is getting changed at some point, and is never being reset properly.

It's really annoying - I'm hoping when school gets out I'll be able to just sit down for a few hours to find the culprit.

Fixed bug that caused scores to be deleted instead of submitted. Improved score handling.
