I'm writing this on behalf of someone else who cannot connect to either byond.com and byond trough the application.

What operating system and/or browser are you using?
- Windows 10/google

What were you trying to do when the problem occurred?
- Connect to ss13, this was during the DDOS attack in Argentina.

What actually happened, and how did it differ from what you expected?
- ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED showed up when i tried to connect.

What steps did you follow?
- I have unistalled BYOND, resetted my computer, my router, disabled my firewall, gave special permision to BYOND.

TLDR: Someone can't connnect to anything byond related after the DDOS Attack on Argentina. Everything else seems to be working fine.
