Descriptive Problem Summary:
When you change the position of an object with the shift + LMB keys held down, pressing and/or moving around the map with the MMB key held down, the object stops moving behind the cursor and remains on the tile where it was when MMB was pressed.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1) Choise obj
2) Move it with shift + LMB hotkey
3) Press MMB
Expected Results:
When releasing the MMB, the object should appear in the cursor's place and continue to move freely through the shift key held down to the MMB key.

Lummox JR changed status to 'Test case needed'

I'm unable to verify this in my own test project, but I'm not sure I fully follow your instructions.

I was able to reproduce this in kinfolk
1) open the dmm editor 2) select an obj or mob from the object tree 3) hold Shift and LMB, as you would to place the object with step offsets 4) Before placing the object, and with the Shift+LMB held, press the MMB to pan the map. 5) Observe that the object's position no longer updates after MMB is released, even though Shift+LMB are still being held. This was done with the default controls for the dmm editor |
