DM Color Palette Algorithm

Anyway I could get the algorithm for how to generate the color palette in Dream Maker or something similar to it?

It just iterates through six values (0, 51, 102, 153, 204, 255) per red, green, blue for 6*6*6 = 216 colors.

I used to call it the Devil's Palette for this reason =P
