Updating a game/library while it was already being downloaded was causing the pager to send an additional request.

This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
If you press update multiple times on the same lib, demo, or game it will download the update multiple times. I would assume you only want it to have them download it once. If you could add a "Update All" button that would be great. :)

Note that you can "update all" by selecting the entire list and then hitting "update".
