There's currently over 20 different islands available for exploration! 18 of them are in the East Blue and 2 of them in the New World!
Each type of combat has at least 2 different forms!(i.e Blackfoot, 2-Sword, Gunslinger, Fish-Man Karate, and many more!) There are many masters to learn from in Age of Old from boxing to learning to use tonfas there's special techniques for everything!
Lets not forget about devil fruit! Currently every power that has been shown in the anime/manga is being implemented with there being well over half in the game as of now!
You can play as a human, fishman, or giant! The possibilities are endless.
