The IconProcs library is meant to be a frontend to the /icon datum so you have an easier time doing things like changing icons' opacity, converting to grayscale or sepia tones, using alpha masks, and more. In addition, it provides color management procs for working with BYOND's RGB colors and also using colors in HSV format.
