Unable to disable skills still, similarly to the last version. Is there a special procedure to disabling/enabling them? If so, then this bug report should be disregarded.

It works. The server I must've been testing on was 99% outdated.

Essentially, use S Disable Skill (S in front for organizational sake), select the code of the skill. Do this before anyone creates their character for maximum effect- this method relies on the natural updating of skills (that only happens when something changes) to work. In other words, it's perfectly possible (and sorta intended) for you to disable the skill, someone opens up the learn list and finds the skill there, forgets another skill, and then see it missing when the skill lists are updated.
