A rebuild by hand is a rewrite of hundreds of thousands of lines of code. Now after being informed by one of my peeps, I admit... the current code base is indeed absolutely garbage. BUT

it still works AND
it can be converted... automatically by another compiler.

now now, before you go either "this is too big of a project" or "wont ever be done"-- shut the fuck up! a working prototype is already made and it greatly outperforms byond by a huge margin with potential for an unlimited number of possibilities

id like to hear what may incentivize this community to switch and id like you to know if youd be willing to switch
the language is the same as byonds but on a faster, more efficient environment, with different centralizing and more robust possibilities
