Simple, stripped down chat environment

NOTE: If you want to give any other users host commands (if you're hosting on a shell server, you will need to do this to give yourself host commands), you can place their key inside an admins.txt in the same directory as hangout.dmb, separating their keys with a comma.

NOTE for v2: The ability to create seperate rooms was going to be added in this version, but after a while I felt it was an unnecessary feature that served no real purpose but to cause clutter. However, if you feel differently and can convince me otherwise, feel free to let me know. The code is still there.
