I need a iconner who can make fighting charcters, not weapons, characters. Like if I give a picture of Tapion I want the iconner to make a flying, and fighting, resting icon. I hope you guys understand me. Also I need a mapper.

Also I may give the iconner base icons but you should be able to icon by looking at a picture or watever as long as you can make character icons and states.
