Tuffles, Aliens, maybe makyos? These races that have random chances to spawn on any planet should just have the option to choose where they spawn. They'll remake until they get their desired location anyways.
For people that want to spawn on a random planet, give them an option for random planet spawning as well.

While random planet spawning might be known to old players, it is not to some new players, who would probably not even remake to get their desired planet. I think there should be 5 options still, the 4 planets and random if the person is feeling lucky.
