Since I was upset that this great game didn't ever update again, obviously needing work as you have said, I have taken it upon myself to take a few elements from the game and recreate it. It's called Town Mall. Please go to my profile, and you will find it in my games. I do beta testing frequently, so just look around. The game is coming along very nicely.
